The badge does not replace an official classification (hotel stars), a government license, or a quality certification from an independent inspection body. It's a private seal that documents: this property is known to us, reachable, and clearly positions itself as family-friendly.

Revocation & updates
HoliCrew reserves the right to withdraw the badge at any time if the awarding criteria are no longer met, a property's details change substantially, or substantiated complaints arise. Hotels will be heard before withdrawal. The badge may only be used in its original form; use after termination of the partnership is not permitted.
